What does the price include?
Our quotation will be a fixed price based on the brief that you have given us. The price is based on you supplying your text in a Word document and any images in .jpeg or similar format. If you don't have your own images we can supply them from our extensive image library at no extra cost.

How do I pay for my site and hosting?
Our payment terms are 50% with order and 50% when the site is completed. We accept payment by cheque or credit card. The first month's hosting will be included in this payment and subsequent hosting payments will be made by standing order

What if I want to make changes after the site is finished?
Any changes to content will be made free of charge for the first month. After that changes will be charged at our hourly rate, currently £40 + vat

How long does it take?
We aim to get the first draft of your home page to you within 7 days of receiving your instructions and payment.

What if I want to cancel my order?
If you cancel your order before we have started work, we will give you a full refund. Once we have started work on your site, refunds are not possible.

How does the design process work?
We will design you 2 or 3 different concepts of the home page, based on your brief and will expect that you will choose one of them. We will amend this until you are entirely happy with it. We will then build the inside pages in the same theme and once you satisfied, we will then start to build the website itself.

Is there any on-going charge?
There is a monthly hosting fee of Ł20 + vat which covers 24/7 support on our servers, two email addresses and unlimited support by phone or email 9am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. You can also choose to have our SEO hosting service at £99 per month + vat

What if I don't have a domain name?
Check out if your domain name is available by going to the Domain Names section. The cost is Ł16 + vat for a .co.uk for a 2 year period and Ł32 + vat for a .com. If you already have your own domain name, we will not charge to bring it over to our server, but your present hosting company might make a charge to release it.
