What does the price include?
From just £495 plus vat you get a 5 page static web site professionally designed for your business. This can include pictures and text as well as response forms, an “about us” page and even a FAQ page like this! The price is based on you supplying your text in a Word document and any images in .jpeg or similar format. We are happy to copy write and/or supply images but there will be an extra charge for this. “Flash” (moving images) are subject to an extra charge.
How do I pay for my site and hosting?
Our payment terms are 50% with order and 50% when the site is completed. We accept payment by cheque or credit card. The first month’s hosting will be included in this payment and subsequent hosting payments will be made by standing order
What if I want a larger site?
Extra pages are £40 each plus vat.
How long does it take?
We aim to get the first draft of your home page to you within 7 days of receiving your instructions and payment.
What if I want to cancel my order?
If you cancel your order within 7 days we will give you a full refund
What if I don’t like what you have designed for me?
We will keep changing it until you do. We would expect to make a maximum of three changes
Is there any on-going charge?
There is a monthly hosting fee of £20 plus vat which covers 24/7 support on our servers, unlimited email addresses and unlimited support by phone or email 9am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
What if I don’t have a domain name?
Check out if your domain name is available by going to the Domain Names section. The cost is £16 plus vat for a .co.uk for a 2 year period and £32 plus vat for a .com. If you already have your own domain name, we will not charge to bring it over to our server, but your present hosting company might make a charge to release it.
What if I want to make changes to the site after it is completed?
We can advise you of software that you can purchase if you would like to make amendments yourself. We can make amendments for you for a reasonable charge, either on a one-off basis or for a monthly fee. Please contact us for details
